2. Name approval & license: Name reservation shall be applied to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). After name is approved, license is obtained.
3. Company registration: After obtaining license, relevant documents are submitted to MCA along with application for registering the company. MCA shall review and grant registration certificate accordingly.
